The best part is beautiful undamaged produce that is so fresh you and your customers will taste the difference. We often harvest and deliver the same day! We offer a range of rare and heirloom varieties as well as some favorite standards. All are grown using organic farming practices for maximum nutrition and flavor with an old fashioned personal touch.
 
We would like to find out which vegetables you would ideally like best for your cuisine this year so that we can grow to fill your orders!  If you can tell us what vegetables you anticipate needing in what quantities and when in advance, then we can ensure that we have the quantity you need throughout the growing season.  The seed companies are filling orders now and we have started planting seeds. We intend to plant plenty of mesclun mix and arugula as they were in high demand in 2009. We start harvesting in June. 
 

Produce we will have available: 

Spring: arugula, lettuce, beet greens, radishes, turnips, kohlrabi, kale, broccoli, green onions, corn salad, spinach, snap peas, edible flowers, herbs.

Summer: zucchini, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, radish, beets, carrots, Swiss chard, basil, eggplant, herbs, cut flowers, snap beans, peppers.

Fall: cabbage, kale, broccoli, squash, pumpkin, beans, fennel, beets, leeks, onions, arugula, lettuce, radishes, herbs.
